Jakarta 4.1.29 dist location incorrect

Hi 

I had to edit the makefile for Tomcat4.1.29 for the fetch to succeed,
could someone please fix this.

Incorrect location = http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/tomcat-4/binaries/

Correct location = http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/tomcat-4/v4.1.29/bin/ 

Please advise if what I am saying is wrong.
