teTeX installs texdoctk, which is a perl script that uses
p5-Tk, but ports doesn't install it for me.

install teTeX and run texdoctk

I'm not sure whethere teTeX should always depeneds on p5-Tk
or use an options toggleing this. So, leave to maintainer.
