I committed your fix, but it's still broken on -CURRENT.
It expects ultrasound.h header which was removed from HEAD
three years ago. Looking at the sources it does not seem
to be easy to work around. I noticed there's newer version
2.5 available, maybe you could look into it again? Thanks!
