 Ok, but there are the checks in bsd.port.mk. VALID_CATEGORIES is set
 with +=, so a user could set
 VALID_CATEGORIES= local rookie
 in /etc/make.conf
 
 I'm fine with that, though it would be nice to have local and rookie
 in .cvsignore.
