ports/54732: New port: mod_auth_pam2 (mod_auth_pam for apache2)

 It seems as though a nearly identical port (down to the distfile
 checksum) was committed on October 7th by roam at FreeBSD.org from a PR
 submitted by Clement Laforet (ports/57654).  There are a few less sample
 files installed, however.
 
 Perhaps this PR's submitter could take a look at the current port and see
 if any changes from this PR should be made to the existing port?
 
 (Sorry that no one caught the duplication of effort, by the way.)
