apache13-modssl fails to build due to an error in the Makefile. This port is looking to include
an OpenSSL Makefile named bsd.openssl.mk. However, the file doesn't exist in the OpenSSL port. The
correct file is Makefile.ssl.

Attempt to make the apache13-modssl port.
< .include "${PORTSDIR}/security/openssl/bsd.openssl.mk"
> .include "${PORTSDIR}/security/openssl/Makefile.ssl"
