On 4.8-RELEASE, cvsup'd ports tree, I get the
following.  Any help much appreciated.

Make sure the Makefile and distinfo file
(/usr/ports/multimedia/win32-codecs/dis

are up to date.  If you are absolutely sure you want
to override this
check, type "make NO_CHECKSUM=yes [other args]".
