Sergey, there is at least one port (net/nemesis) that still requires
libnet 1.0.2. Perhaps net/libnet could be first repocopied to something
like net/libnet10, which will be left at the current version (1.0.2) for
such port(s) to depend on.

net/libnet could be then updated to the latest stable version (1.1.0)
and net/libnet-devel to the latest development version (1.1.1-RC-005).
