bsd.ports.mk 1.455 requires -O option of pkg_info(1).  Systems without 
-O option of pkg_info (prior to 4.6.2) can't install any port. 

For example:

# make install

===>  Checking if japanese/zipcodes already installed
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/japanese/zipcodes.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/japanese/zipcodes.

Type "make install" on any port on FreeBSD 4.6.2 with ports-current.

Not yet.  I'm using 1.454 instead.
