Note, this needs to be reviewed by anholt since it will require
modification to the XFree86 libraries.  Also, lib/pkgconfig is the wrong
location for .pc files.  This port should consider setting
USE_GNOME=gnomehack, which will cause .pc files to be correctly
installed in libdata/pkgconfig.
