Patch for pkg-annotate.8

I edited also other pkg-*.8 and pkg-repository.5 with the following command.

sed -i .orig -e "/.Xr pkg-annotate 8 ,/i\\
.Xr pkg-alias 8 ,\\
" pkg-*.[0-9]
