remove mirror_type: "http", given you are local, you have no mirroring
mechanism.

This results into doing an extra http call to fetch a list of mirrors.

Btw this mechanism seems somehow buggy as it does not respect the port if one
is passed which I need to fix.

But anyway can remove mirror_type line that should fix your issue
