pf log script issue

Hi

I am using freebsd 9.1 R, and i am trying to make the pf firewall to log
to the syslog.

I am using the script at the openbsd fag:

The script works 100% if I run it manually, but when crontab runs it as
root, the tcpdump wont work.

I would appreciate any help.
