FAQ for PF

Hi everyone,

It's been a few years since I've configured PF for FreeBSD.  I wanted to
look at the FAQ again but it seems that I'm unable to connect to
openbsd.org.  Could someone please confirm if www.openbsd.org is up?  I
found a link the PDF but it seems I'm unable to access the ftp site as well
:(.  Or if anyone by chance has a copy of that PDF, would you please send it
to my email?
