Bandwidth manager solution

What about performance of ipfw+dummynet and pf+altq?

Is both handle FastEthernet and GigaEthernet traffic?

I want to install several 100Mbps or 1Gbps NIC on one machine and to use it
as bandwidth manager.

Is it possible to mix different speed of NICs?

Regards,
Balgaa
