ports/186819: [patch] perl-5.18 fixes for mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin

I don't know about perl@ working on SA 3.4.0 (but you can find PR in gnats
and even process if you using SA and can test update), and yes you can
commit this patch. Mostly we working on default perl support (which now
5.16).
