graphics/p5-GD-Graph with lang/perl5.12

I ran into the same issue with p5-GD-Graph and p5-Devel-Cover. I didn't
have devel/p5-ExtUtils-MakeMaker installed at all. I ran the ports
through redports and they installed fine though.
