Maintainance of lang/perl5

Hi all,

Since skv@ commit bit has been taken for safe keeping I reassigned the
lang/perl5* to perl at .

Please be cautious if you are planning to work on it, as touching it can hardly
inpact the ports tree.

please do not modify it without requesting an exp-run from portmgr.

Please also notice that az@ has also a lot of ongoing work that should hit those
ports soon, so keep in touch with him before any modification.
