Upgrade to perl 5.10

I am quite interested in getting perl 5.10 working with the FreeBSD perl ports.
I can provide help in testing and debugging code.
I think I'll ask the perl mantainer if he's working on something: if he has some
patch for the port I'll start working with his code.
