port request: Graphics::ColorObject

This port adds functions for using and converting between different
color spaces.  The port installs fine on FreeBSD 6.2, and should
install on any version more recent than that.  Some Google searches
suggested it may have been in the ports before (around 5.2), but
in the current ports collection I haven't seen it, even in deleted
ports.
