Yes, I vote for you.

The following ports depend on p5-UNIVERSAL-exports directly, and we can test
if it works if we replace p5-UNIVERSAL-exports with p5-UNIVERSAL-require:

devel/p5-Module-Pluggable-Ordered
www/p5-CGI-Untaint
www/p5-Maypole
www/p5-PHP-Session

I'll test them and submit PRs later.
