I've updated the patch, now features WITH_OPENSSL knob to get spamc/spamd ssl
support.
The spamd.sh startup script has been renamed to sa-spamd.sh so that it does
not conflicts with mail/spamd's one (which is also being renamed so there
will be no confusion possible).
