Network best Configuration

Hi ,

I have a freebsd box running squid, and one of the most important things is
the network configuration.
Just about the network configuration... what kind of improvements I need to
add to my system???

I´m running the 4.8 release already with this options in the kernel:
options         NMBCLUSTERS=32768

and this options in my sysctl.conf:

What more can I do???
