OOo internal boost and port's boost for amd64

Hi,

it seems using ooo internal boost for amd64 to be okay.
As I see http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=58343,
it has been fixed since 2007/6. So I can safely remove port's boost
dependency for all OOo ports and issue we should address is
just merely a build problem.

Best,
