No CFLAGS changes, here's my make.conf :

cat /etc/make.conf
NO_PROFILE=true
NO_SENDMAIL=true
NO_MAILWRAPPER=true
PAPERSIZE=a4
DISABLE_VULNERABILITIES=true
PERL_VER=5.8.8
PERL_VERSION=5.8.8

I used make with -DWITHOUT_MOZILLA -DWITH_KDE .
