OOo 2.0.3 DicOOo wizard crashes

I've recently built an amd64 OOo 2.0.3 and if I try to install a new
dictionary on OOo via "File" -> "Wizards" -> "Install new
dictionaries", as soon as I press the "DicOOo" button OOo dies.  Id
this a known problem?
