Still can't upgrade OO as of 1.1.3 (stuck on 1.1.0)

Well I had WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS set for another port, but I tried
commenting it out and tried building OO again. It still segfaulted in a
similar manner, although at a different point. I have the feeling it
would've been a different point regardless of the WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS
setting (unfortunately this is hard to test because it doesn't fail until
several hours into the compile):
