some little bugs

Hi!

Since i use OOo 1.0.3_2/german on 4.8-STABLE there are these problems:

1. Dialogs
If using the "Hyperlink Dialog" and in category "Dokument" the browsing
window to find target bookmarks these two show up too small to see the
complete buttons. In both i can only see the upper border and guess the
text. If you can not reproduce this it might be caused by the relatively
old XFree86 i'm using (4.1.0_6). Please tell me then.

2. BASIC-IDE
Since 1.0.2 the cut and paste was only possible via key shortcuts ^C and
^V or the middle mouse button. This works fine, but the buttons in the
upper button panel where disabled.
