isn't it time to add russian openoffice spellcheck dictionary?

Hello!

Can you create russian openoffice dictionary entry in ports?
IMHO, It isn't so difficult to do so!
Makefile for new port is attached.

P.S.	Maybe hyphenation dictionaries can also be made into ports?
	I could take this little work...
