I used to have the same problem ever since the port switched to
USES=pgsql. I worked around it by reverting this change locally:

http://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/editors/libreoffice/Makefile?r1=359029&r2=359048

That said, when I was building the newest libreoffice version a couple
of days ago, it suddenly succeeded, without me having to revert the
pgsql change. Maybe something got fixed in the framework recently?
