Stop mr-aspell and hi-aspell conflicting

Hello all,

Mat tried installing all of the aspell dicts (not a particularly 
unreasonable request I thought!), but unfortunately hi-aspell and 
mr-aspell conflict on u-deva.cmap and u-deva.cset.

I've chosen at random to rename the u-deva.cmap etc on the mr-aspell, 
and it appears to work perfectly well.

Any objections to committing this?
