installation problem

Dear person in charge,
 i had an installation of FreeBSD 5.1 when i installed FreeBSD in the =
secondary SCSI hard disk , it could't properly install and abnormally =
reboot ,lastly the installation was incomplete, how could i solve the =
problem?
