Hello,

Thank you for the info! For now I only need dummynet to not depend on
ipfw as a kld. I am still learning from the PfSense branch so no real
patch exists.

Once you start rewriting dummynet, can you please ping me? I would like
to help at least as a tester, but I hope I'll be of some help in
{doc,dev}.
