Bug 227720

In reference to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=227720 , we applied the patch to enable garbage collection. Rebuilt the image and installed it, then set net.gc.enabled=1 as well as in /etc/sysctl.conf and it continued to fail. Here is the most recent backtrace:
