 Looks like, this patch on r336474 with default sysctl setting:

dev.em.1.iflib.tx_abdicate: 0
dev.em.0.iflib.tx_abdicate: 0

  makes worse, not better (100% CPU load by `kernel{if_io_tqg_X}' even
under very light traffic load).
