Ah, I see. Like server to early discard inpcb for this connection/do incorrect
state transmission (need some like CLOSE_WAIT for 2msl, I mean).

For existing inpcp in CLOSE_WAIT state RST must generated with ACK (I mean RST
w/o ACK filtered by some firewals) and retransmited data also will be replayed
by correct FIN/ACK and server replay.
