Does pfflowd come up in freeBSD10

Hi, all!

I saw pfflowd-0.8 can compile in pfsense. But after my test on
freeBSD10, the program seemed not work.Does someone use it under the
freeBSD10 ? How could make the pfflowd work ? Thank you!
