Unable to attach physical interfaces to netmap vale switch

Hi,
The behavior definitely seems a bug. Can you explain your OS (Linux or FreeBSD) and the way you installed netmap (downloaded from http://info.iet.unipi.it/~luigi/netmap/ or one in FreeBSD10 or 11)?
