if_bridge as member of lagg

Hello, community!

I found some patches made by Eugene Grosbein that add support of ehterip
(via bridge+gif) as member of lagg interface. This may be helpful in
building failover l2-tunnel between remote networks. Patches are
attached and against 7.2-STABLE. Can anyone review it?
