ipfw, "ip|all" proto and PPPoE -- does PPPoE packets passed to ipfw?

it is just sintactic sugar, "from any to any" corresponds 
is just printed by
default to make the rule look like the 'old style' (pre-2003)
ipfw syntax, but otherwise has zero cost at runtime.
