when enable options SCTP_DEBUG in kernel configure file , where to get the message of debug?

There is a sysctl variable net.inet.sctp.debug which is a 32-bit bitmask
to enable/disable the debug output. To enable all debug output you need to do
sudo sysctl -w net.inet.sctp.debug=0xffffffff
