ipv6 receive via rtadvd

Why host for so long waiting for ipv6 addresses?
To get faster, it is necessary or server restarted rtadvd or on host 
repeatedly triggering "ndp -i em1"

Perhaps we need to explicitly specify some other options rtadvd?

server:
