bge hangs on recent 7.3-STABLE

I've been having the same issues with this exact adapter on two
RELENG_8 machines. Howevery, my traffic isn't as intense as yours, so
the issue occurs far less often. I'll downgrade the bge(4) driver to
the revision that works for you and I'll report back in a few days.
