Problems with 8.1, PPPoE server, and Cisco client

Not sure why that happens.

And here it goes but the missing, probably lcp, information is
missing in the log due to our log level.

And here it goes away.  And thanks to Cisco you cannot say why either
here.   The line above could be a hint if you can find it but ...
