trouble with Realtek NIC RTL8101E/RTL8102E under FreeBSD 7.2

Dear FreeBSD-net Community,

I have trouble with FreeBSD 7.2 as well as PCBSD 7.1.1 detecting my
NIC properly.

Please see below for some technical details related to the problem.
