modifying permissions in /dev

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for this.

/etc/rc.d/devfs start results in
eval: 1: syntax error: unterminated quoted string

My devfs.rules looks like this

[hostname_ruleset=10]

add path 'da*s* mode 0666 group wheel

should I add the fd0/cd0?
