skype dummynet high priority

does anyone know how to set up high priority of skype traffic with the dummynet?

i have this rules for now:

ipfw pipe 108 config bw 120Kbit/s queue 10kbytes mask all
ipfw queue 109 config pipe 108 weight 50 mask dst-ip 0xffffffff
ipfw add queue 109 ip from not 192.168.0.0/24 to 192.168.0.0/24,192.168.2.108

i need to prioritize all skype traffic to/from 192.168.2.108 when its coming
