mbuf large clusters

Moving this question over to net.. since I think
it belongs there :-)

Oh, and looking at the sysctl to tune the
4/9 and 16k clusters.. it does NOT work.

If I set it in the sysctl.conf by the
time that is read its to late..

So..

a) Should we have a default
and
b) Does anyone mind if I fix this and
    put sysctl process type things in (like regular
    clusters have) so the limit will actually have
    some effect?
