UDP dont fragment bit

Feel free to send either a suitable patch or a cheque.
FreeBSD is a volunteer project and trust me, we do the
best we can in with the available resources but we can't
do everything.  Priorities have to be set and are being
set.  Your behaviour certainly doesn't help your cause.
