Going into telepathy mode.

You're apparently experimenting with IP multicasting.  There was
a bug with this effect I introduced in ip_output.c,v 1.99.2.43,
and shortly fixed it in rev. 1.99.2.44.  Check that your revision
is not vulnerable.
